As we step into a brand-new year, I can’t help but take a moment to reflect on everything that 2024 brought us. Starting Arta Asiatica in the USA was a leap of faith—one filled with challenges, growth, and more rewarding moments than I could have imagined. Hearing so many kind words about our work was a huge validation of what we do. It reminded me why we started this journey: to share the beauty of Japanese traditional art and inspire creativity and individuality in everyday life.
What We Learned Along the Way
Being at Anime Expo LA wasn’t just a great experience—it opened doors we didn’t even know existed. We met amazing people, made valuable connections, and walked away with new ideas that will shape the future of Arta Asiatica.
Of course, no journey is without its challenges. Starting a business in a new country was tough. There were logistics to figure out, cultural nuances to learn, and countless adjustments to make. But every challenge taught us something important. These lessons have helped us grow stronger, more adaptable, and more focused on what matters most—celebrating tradition and bringing it to modern life.
